MISSION

Afrique Action Commune (AAC) is a non-profit humanitarian & development association which builds capacity by implementing a dynamic, self-sustaining, and community-based model to support rural development, youth education, and environmental preservation.

OUR STORY

Established in 2014, AAC was founded upon the principles of capacity building, sustainability, and empowering women and youth as leading agents for community development. Guided by these values, AAC's primary lines of effort focus on education, the environment, and community development. To combat enduring poverty, food insecurity, rising numbers of internally displaced peoples (IDPs), and the spread of instability and violent extremism, AAC has initiated programs across all three pillars in various urban and rural communities throughout Burkina Faso, and aims to share this integrated model with other countries on the continent and beyond.
